sandro and i have loved animals—especially dogs—since we ever. now in our mid-30s, caring for pets has always been a natural part of our lives. we recently moved to france from porto - portugal (in january 2024) and brought along our cocker spaniel, joe cocker. being around animals brings us joy, and we find their companionship fulfilling. we live near a forest, which is perfect for long walks, and our home (80m² with a big balcony) is well-suited for pets. since we enjoy a calm lifestyle—music, relaxing weekends, and playing with animals—pet sitting aligns perfectly with our routine and shared passion.
Expérience
we've both had animals (dogs, cats, turtles, hamsters, birds, fishes and ducks) since we were born, including our beloved cocker spaniel, moka, who lived a full 16 years—we cared for her through every stage of her life, including her senior years. this experience taught us the patience, adaptability, and extra attention older pets need, from joint care to gentle routines. we've also looked after cats in portugal and now dedicate ourselves to joe cocker, our playful cocker spaniel puppy (born december 2023). our home is pet-friendly, with space for both energetic play and quiet comfort. whether it's training puppies, managing dietary needs, or providing senior care, we prioritize safety, love, and tailored attention for every pet we meet.

we live in an 80m² apartment with two bedrooms, a spacious living area, and a large balcony—perfect for pets to relax and enjoy fresh air. our home is bright, secure, and fully pet-proofed, with plenty of room for play and rest. located just 2 minutes from a peaceful forest, we take daily walks there with our own cocker spaniel, joe cocker. the neighborhood is quiet and green, ideal for stress-free strolls. hard floors make cleaning easy, and we're happy to adjust spaces (like cozy corners or gated areas) to suit a pet's needs. whether your pet loves sunbathing on the balcony, cuddling indoors, or exploring nature, our home is set up for their comfort and safety.
